    To identify the problem, I suggest the following steps:

    1. Establish a local staging environment and attempt to restore your backup. If you have access to another hosting server, try restoring your site there to verify if your backup is functional.

    2. If the backup fails, it might be necessary to revert to your old hosting account and generate a new backup.

    Feel free to share your site's backup with us. You can upload it to Google Drive or a subdirectory on your server and provide the download link. This will allow us to replicate the issue on our side.

    I attempted to replicate the issue on my end, but unfortunately, it seems that this backup file is corrupted. The site restoration process halted at 23%. To resolve this, it may be necessary to revert to your previous hosting account and generate a new backup.
