Brizy WP builder not loading after recent update.
Hello,
Since updating Brizy Free (Version 2.4.23) and Pro (Version 2.4.22) plugins yesterday, the builder/editor is no longer loading. The loading icon keeps spinning but nothing happens, no error message either.
I tried disabling all plugins except brizy pro and free, changing to a default WP theme, disabling cache software in CPanel, and reinstalling wordpress. Nothing worked.
Everything was working fine with the pervious version. Can I rollback to a previous version of Brizy Free and Pro?
Thank you.

Hi Nick,
Usually the looping pre-loader indicates that a software in your hosting server environment is interfering with Brizy editing. To fix the problem, please log into your hosting provider account and check if any of this software is turned on in your server management system (like cPanel). Disable these systems one at a time and see if that makes a difference.
- Security system
- Malware protection
- Firewall
- DDOS
Please also check if you have installed a security plugin. Deactivate the plugin and check if the error disappears. Once you identify the interfering software, relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing, in consultation with your hosting company.
If you would like to rollback to previous versions, please consider these
- Brizy 2.4.20: https://jmp.sh/2jWKfESr
- Brizy Pro 2.4.19 https://jmp.sh/f9gihHbS
Please follow this procedure to roll back.
- Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
- Deactivate and delete Brizy
- Download Brizy 2.4.20 and in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy
- Download Brizy Pro 2.4.19 and under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro

Thank you,
I disabled the security headers on my server and Brizy is now working properly.0
