HI,

I'm having the issue Project Not Configured on Chrome and SSL certificate error in Firefox. Can you please check?

  Hi Tommaso,

  Can you please follow instructions in this article and add the required A Record and CNAME Record to your domain name? Custom domain (A Record Redirect)

  Looks like your domain is hosted with Cloudflare. Please ensure that the A Record you add is the only A Record associated with the domain. Please delete these two A Records.

  

  Please also delete these AAAA records

  

   

  Please disable DNX Proxy for the A Record and the CNAME Record you have added to your domain. To disable the Proxy, click on the Proxy toggle switch.

   

  Once you complete these steps, please get back to us. We will help you with SSL installation.

  HI George,

  thank you for your support. Actually I'm using NETSONS as DNS. I'm also using Cloudfair to configure the SSL Name servers .

  I attached the DNS configuration in NETSONS account. I can't find any AAAA or DNX Proxy neither on Cloudflair nor in NETSONS.

  I already tried to follow the instructions that you mentioned with bad results.

  Please check the screenshots.

  Hi Tommaso,

  Out of the 4 Name Servers you have added, Name Servers 1 and 2 are with Cloudflare while Name Servers 3 and 4 are with Netsons. 

  

  An NS look up of your domain shows that your domain records are hosted with Cloudflare Name Servers. This implies that Name Servers 3 and 4 have not taken effect. 

  

  Since you want to host your domain records with Netsons, please delete Cloudflare Name Servers from your domain

  • jillian.ns.cloudflare.com
  • ignat.ns.cloudflare.com 

  Replace the above with Netsons Name Servers. Please confirm if these are the correct names of Netsons' Name Servers.

  • es.dn3.netsons.net
  • es.dn4.netsons.net

  I have come across these Name Servers from Netsons as well.

  • dns1.netsons.net
  • dns2.netsons.net
  • dns3.netsons.net
  • dns4.netsons.net.

  Please get back to us after completing these steps.

  I used Cloudflair to activate https connection. It should be right. However i deleted them and inserted the old netsons name servers.

  Hi Tommaso,

  Your domain records are currently hosted with Cloudflare and not with Netsons. Please sign into your Cloudflare account and follow my suggestions in my first reply to you.

  Hi George,

  I'can't find autodiscover rows with that specific IP. I deleted the website connection to cloudflair. Now Cloudflair must be out of the game.

  Ah ok, I didn't know the SSL certificate was autogenerated. The website is still in "Project not configured" though. Do you know the reason?

  Ok it's working! Thank you! One more question : in the next two months I want to use Netsons as Hosting platform and I want to use the brizy landing page as home page and from there address the other pages I m making with raw code programming.

  Can I do that?

  Hi Tommaso,

  Brizy Cloud allows you to save the landing page as a layout. You can install the Brizy Free plugin in WordPress and try to import the Brizy Cloud saved layout into your WordPress project. You will be unable to change the page in WordPress since you do not have a Brizy Pro license. You must make modifications in Brizy Cloud before reimporting the layout into WordPress. This could prove inconvenient in the long run.
