Hello,

I need to be able to allow customers to send in videos, can you help please (see pic attached for where i mean).

  Hi Sach,

  I understand that you would like to allow your customers to attach videos to your form. Are you not able to set up the form? What issue are you facing? Can you elaborate?

  Yes, customers aren't able to upload videos on forms, only photos.

  My colleague has sent you a message on Facebook too - this is pretty urgent.

  This is a screenshot. You can see on this screenshot that MOV is greyed out, so unable to upload. That's the case for every type of video file. Just checked, and Android is the same.

  So that's all platforms that it's not working on - Apple, Android and Windows that it's not working on

  Hi Sach,

  Please specify the allowed file formats for each 'File' form field. For example .mov, .mp4. Then your website visitors will be able to upload videos in those formats.
