Howto select proper condition to page template settings?

HI,

How to correctly select pages to display when using templates. A case report:
1 https://ic.pttk.pl/#guid
2. search for a voivodeship (e.g. Lublin Voivodeship and the city of Lublin)
3. then link https://ic.pttk.pl/przewodnik/miasto-lublin/
On this website, by clicking on the link https://ic.pttk.pl/przewodnik/miasto-lublin (Lublin Voivodeship redirects to the website (https://ic.pttk.pl/type_przewodnik/lubelskie/)
For this last page I cannot select the appropriate condition in the template settings.

  Update;

  I found a solution. Now I need information on how to dynamically display information about the page's own category on the page. If possible, this information should not link to this category.
