Expire subscription

Hi Brizy Support!

Our  subscription of wordpress plugin will expire on 2024.01.17. We would like to continue. What we can do?
I don't remember exactly, that payment is automaticly?

  Hi

  Your subscription renewal is automated. Please ensure that you have a valid payment method on brizy.io your account.

  • Please sign in to your brizy.io account
  • Navigate to Account - Billing (see the first screenshot)
  • Scroll down to the list of invoices and click on 'Update' option next to your last invoice and update your payment method (see the second screenshot)

  Hi!

  I went through the validation process and I got this error message. 
  I tried 3 times, but the message is the same. What should I do?

  Hi 

  Have you enabled international online transactions for your card? You could also check with your bank why the transactions were declined.

  Have you tried other options like Google Pay and PayPal?

  Hi!

  Thank you the information. I tried with Google pay, but doesn't work. I will contact the bank to enable this feature. I hope one workday enough.

  What will happen with our subscription because it expires tomorrow?

  If your subscription renewal fails tomorrow, Paddle will try to charge your card again in the next 24 and 48 hours. Please get back to us if the transaction could not be completed in the next three days.
