Contact Form not Working - Brizy Wordpress
Hello, it appears that my contact form is not working when trying to submit a test one. i used the Gmail option and added the following fields provided in the screenshot. What could be the issue?

To send out form Email Notification through Gmail, you need a Gmail address and a Google App Password. Please follow the procedure in this article to send out your form data via Gmail. Email notification via Gmail
In the below screenshot you have used the short codes for 'From Email' and 'From Name'. For these two fields short codes are not allowed. Please specify static values for 'From Email' and 'From Name'.
