  Hi Sylvain,

  You have added a video cover image for one of the eight YouTube videos you have embedded to your website. For the other seven videos, you haven't added a cover image. Please add a cover image to all the other seven videos and check the performance of your page again.

  To add a cover image, please click on a video and select the 'Player' tab and add your YouTube video thumbnail as your cover image. In case you do not have access to the original YouTube video thumbnail, please download it from here https://youtube-thumbnail-grabber.com/ 

  

  This is the only video with a cover image.
