Pop ups showing scroll bars when they weren't before

We have a pop up style for a client and discovered that popups are now behaving differently. We use a style similar to the last pop up under "Sign up" category.

All the pop ups where there is an element that is off-set from other elements, it no longer creates that effect and forces everything into a small, scrollable window. This is true for pop ups straight out of the templates, not just custom ones. Please provide some insight into this issue or steps to revert our popups to their previous behavior.

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  We appreciate your report regarding the issue, and we have successfully reproduced it on our end as well. As a temporary solution, we recommend adding a padding of at least 3 pixels to all four sides of the 'Row' that contains the popup.   We have now sent this issue to our developers, who will look into it and  possibly come up with a fix soon.
