    Hi Tatsiana,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We have identified that the problem could be attributed to certain optimization plugins currently active on your site. It appears that our recent updates might have introduced conflicts with these optimization settings.

To address this issue, we recommend temporarily disabling all optimization plugins while working on your pages. By doing so, you can check if the issue is resolved. If you notice improvements after disabling the plugins, it confirms that they are contributing to the issue.

    Hi Tatsiana,

We have released a hot fix for the image issue. Please update Brizy and Brizy Pro to these versions and check if the issue is resolved.

It seamed to work. Thank you

One other issue that I noticed with https://balloonprosjacksonville.com/ is that there is a small space of nothing (I didn’t add it, I don't know what it is) above the header and I went through all of the settings and padding and margins and I tried another theme as well but it is still there. Can you please help me fix it?

And also the other issue that I have been experiencing in all of the sites, is that I cannot open brizy editor in safari, which is my preferred browser.
