Missing licenses in the account should be 12 and I only have 7

Hello,

I need to activate a pro license but I get a message that I no longer have any license and that I have 12 pro licenses used. I only have 7 sites in my account with pro license. Requesting to add the missing 5 licenses.

Also, please let me know how I can purchase additional single licenses?

  We have fixed this bug in your account. Now, you have 12 licenses on 12 PRO projects. You can downgrade any of these PRO projects and use the license on other pages in your account.
