    Hi Romel,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

Please make a full backup of your site as a precaution.

In the meantime, could you please give the following steps a try and update us on the results?

    1. Switch your existing theme to Blocksy for testing purposes and see if this resolves the problem.
    2. Try deactivating all plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if there's any change. If there is, start reactivating the other plugins one by one until the issue reappears. This method will help you in identifying the conflicting plugin.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Romel,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Upon checking, I found that even when both Brizy and Brizy Pro are disabled, it is still not possible to edit pages in the Gutenberg editor. This is demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/aC93dj4SHsY

Unfortunately, it seems that this issue is more related to your server. I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider so that they can further investigate and address the issue.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Romel,

    Thank you for the update.

The issue you're facing with editing WordPress pages might be related to the security settings on your server or the file permissions. However, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and reporting the problem to them. They will be able to investigate the issue on their end, replicate it if necessary, and hopefully provide a solution.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
