    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To further troubleshoot the issue, please try the following steps and see if this helps.

    1. Duplicate the form and reconfigure it. If the duplicated form works correctly, you can safely delete the original form.

    2. If duplicating the form doesn't resolve the issue, consider changing the email address used in the form.

    Give these suggestions a try, and please let me know the outcome.

    Hello I have tried to do that before and also delete form and try again. It didn’t work. I did get some of your test forms but still you probably got the form not sent warning if we can at least take care of that I would be happy

    Hi Irma,

    When inspecting the page using Chrome Devtools, I see the error "SMTP Error: Could not authenticate" on your page. Please see this screenshot https://jmp.sh/BINupaeH

    Kindly test your SMTP server configuration settings using https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test Check if you see any text marked in red after the test. Red text indicates that there are errors. Kindly fix the errors and use the same settings in your Brizy form. 

    If you need help with interpreting the errors, please share with us the test result screenshot.
