Pop up in blog archive "read more" button

Hello,

I want a pop up to appear when someone clicks the "read more" button in the blog archive so as to show just a title, a photo and a webpage link (posts only have these three things and that is why I want to do that). I also want the pop up to be automatically filled with the information of the each post. How could I do that? 

The problem is that I cannot connect post buttons from the blog archive with links from other web pages, because when I write a link in one of them, since it is a template, the rest of the buttons use the same URL of the web page that I have added to the first button.
