Brizy.Cloud PRO Studio Plan is expiring in July , 31 2023

I recently checked my Studio Plan subscription on Brizy Cloud and noticed it will expire in July 2023. As an early supporter, I highly value this subscription because some of my clients rely on it.

Could you please let me know when I can expect to receive the renewal notice? It’s crucial for me to renew on time to avoid any disruption in the services I provide to my clients.

  Hi Kurnia,

  Paddle will send you a subscription renewal notification 3 days before the renewal date. Even before you receive the email notification, you can sign in to your brizy.io account, under Account - Payments, scroll down to the bottom, next to your last invoice, click on 'Update' and update your Payment Method.

  If your payment method is active and has sufficient credit balance, Paddle will renew your subscription on the date of renewal. If your renewal is due on 31 July 2023, Paddle will try to charge your card on 31 July. If it fails, they will try again on 1st Aug and 2nd August. Subscriptions do not get cancelled automatically; we cancel it manually.
