Changes don't show on tablet and mobile versions

Hi. 

I've applied some adjustments on mobile and tablet versions, but I can't see them in a browser on mobile devices. I've tested few devices and browsers - no result. Need help.

I've made some changes in a footer - same result, mobile version shows old page.
