Hello, 

I have been trying to figure out the whole user experience for the Membership functionality within a pop-up view but it seems like some features are not complete or just doesn't make any sense.

Some of my concerns: Let's Assume there's a button called "Subscribe Now" That should open a pop-up with signup/login functionality.

- When I create a pop-up by going to a "Subscribe Now" button and linking it to a pop-up, and then modifying it to my liking, the popup does not appear in the project navigation menu under "Popups & Alerts" and vice versa.

- If I added a Login Form inside the popup and styled it with for example ( in the Register form I want to remove the Forget Password Visibility) the changes are duplicated to all login form statuses ( the Forget Password Visibility will also be turned off in the Login status)

- If a member already signed in before and clicks on the "Subscribe Now" button again the popup should not show at all

- The Button inside the Login Form connects to the same URL in all statuses ( Forget Password for instance should not be connected to the same page rather than sending an email to the user )

- Reset Password Page???

It would be great if there's a complete walkthrough to the whole UX of this functionality

    Hi Konn,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I believe the best approach would be to avoid using "Popup and Alerts" on the website. Instead, we can use a popup that is triggered by a button. This way, it will be much easier to manage.

    I've prepared a screencast to show you an example. In the video, I demonstrate how to create two versions of the menu bar - one for logged-in users and another for users who haven't logged in or registered yet. By hiding and showing the menus accordingly, we can seamlessly switch between the two.

    How can I setup the email that is sent when a user clicks on forget password.

    I followed the same steps but the forgot password is not sending any emails.

    Hi Konn,

    I have inspected your site, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue as described.

    It might be worth checking your spam folder, as your email client may have mistakenly marked it as spam. Another suggestion would be to try using a different email address to see if that resolves the issue.

    Can i please ask you if i can control the email sent on sign-up and forgot password? as i would like to have my domain name

    Hi Konn,

    Thank you for the update.

    If I'm understanding correctly, you're looking to change the domain name that appears on sign-up and forgot password emails. Unfortunately, this feature is only available in the White Label plan.

    Can you please show me an example on how it will appear if I have subscribed to the "whitelabel" plan? (sender name and email)
    Is there any way to add this feature only to my subscription as an add-on rather than converting to "whitelable" plan as i only need this from the rest of the features that the "whitelable" plan provides.

    Hi 

    Notification emails under the whitelabel plan will originate from the email address you provide when registering for the plan. This is an illustration of an email notification sent by a whitelabelled builder for account verification.

     

    Brizy Cloud does not currently offer the ability to configure an email address for notifications at the project or account level. Right now, it is centrally set at the builder level. Therefore, it is currently not possible to add this functionality as an addon to a project or an account.

    Can i upgrade my plan to whitelable for a month to test it out with the ability to revert to freelancer plan on my account if i found the solution not suitable for me?

    Hi Konn,

    The whitelabel plan upgrade is a five-step manual process.  You can read more about it here https://www.brizy.io/introducing-brizy-cloud-white-label  As part of the whitelabel setup, you will have to

    • Buy two domains; one for the Dashboard and another for preview.
    • Add several DNS records to your domains
    • Provide a logo and email address and a few other details initially to get started

    The entire process can take up to 2 weeks.  You will need to spend some time setting up the whitelabel plan before you can test it out for a month. Hence this something to think about.
