Grey box when loading images

Is there a way to disable the gray box that shows upon loading an image? it doesn't look good... it would be beter if it loads nowthing and then the image...

  Hi Alexander,

  The grey image placeholder disappears quickly before anyone notices it. I could hardly see it in your video. After the the changes I have made, the particle animation plays behind the logo. Now it is even more difficult / close to impossible to see the grey box.

  Please let me know what you think
