    Hi Mark,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I attempted to replicate the issue in my testing environment, but the embedded code seems to be functioning correctly. You can verify this at the following link: https://sitebuilder1.online/dev01/home/

To further troubleshoot this issue, I suggest removing any other elements between the header and the embed element to see if that resolves the problem.

Otherwise, please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io so we can take a closer look into this issue.

    Hi Mark,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Upon checking, it appears that the issue arises when the menu element is added in the footer. If you visit this page, you'll notice that the header functions properly, but when the menu element is removed from the footer, the embedded script starts working.

Interestingly, I was unable to replicate this issue on my staging site - https://sitebuilder1.online/dev01/test4/. I'm also using Generatepress on this testing site. I even tried disabling all other plugins on your site, but it didn't make any difference. It's possible that there have been some security changes on your server that are causing this issue. Could you please try to update your .htaccess file to the default settings and observe if it resolves the problem? You can find more information on this topic at the following link: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/htaccess/

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
