Could not update my website why?

Hello,
After changing anything (especially images or photos) on my website, I could not update my site.
what's the reason?

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Have you attempted to troubleshoot this issue by disabling all other plugins except for Brizy and Brizy Pro, to see if there's a conflict? Have you also tried switching to a different theme?

  If the issue persists, it would be really helpful if you could provide a short screencast to demonstrate the issue, as well as the URL so we can take a closer look.
