Subdomain remove

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to delete a subdomain (e.g., abcdefg.brizy.site) as I would like to associate a different website with it. Is it possible to do so?

  Hi Bruno,

  You can achieve this in two steps

  1. Assign a new sub domain to your current project. This will make the original sub domain available for reuse.
  2. Assign the original subdomain to a new project.

  Good morning,

  I'm familiar with and use the procedure you described, but in this case, it's not working. The issue is as follows: I would like to create a website with the URL primacomunione2024.brizy.site, but I am unable to do so. The problem is that this URL does not appear in my list of projects. I had created it some time ago, but now it is no longer available to me.

  What can I do?

  Hi Bruno,

  The previous page using the subdomain has been deleted. Kindly give the subdomain primacomunione2024.brizy.site another go and let us know the result.
