Sir,

I do not recall signing up for automatic billing and have not been checking my charges on my card until the other day where I see recurring Brizy without use.

Hi, How can I cancel my Brizy subscription? Please stop any future billing and please issue a refund for these past charges.

  Hi Ken,

  We have canceled your Personal Cloud subscription, which was activated on June 30, 2023, and it will expire on January 30, 2024.

  As per our Terms and Conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, refunds are only permitted for annual subscriptions. Unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund since you are on a monthly subscription plan.
