    I've tested your site on my Android phone using both Chrome and Brave browsers, and it seems that the layout is functioning properly, except for the form.

    Regarding the layout issue, I recommend trying a different browser on your Android phone to see if that makes any difference.

    As for the form, please try the following steps and see if they resolve the issue:
    1. Duplicate the form and reconfigure it. If the duplicated form works correctly, you can safely delete the original form.

    2. If duplicating the form doesn't resolve the issue, consider changing the email address used in the form.
