Brizy Builder WP Failing to Load

Greetings,

I'm experiencing an unexpected issue with the Brizy Editor on my WordPress site. When I try to access the builder, the loading animation continues indefinitely and the builder fails to load. I'm unsure what triggered this issue as it appeared rather abruptly. Could you assist me in resolving this?

  Hi Jay,

  Usually the looping pre-loader indicates that a software in your hosting server environment is interfering with Brizy editing. To fix the problem, please log into your hosting account and check if any of such software is turned on in your server management system (like cPanel). Disable these systems one at  a time and see if that makes a difference.

  • Security system
  • Malware protection
  • Firewall
  • DDOS

  Please also check if you have installed a security plugin in your WordPress Dashboard. Deactivate the plugin and check if the error disappears. Once you identify the interfering software, relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing, in consultation with your hosting company.
