Website Photos Updates not reflecting on the both Back And Front End

We are updating staff photos on our about page (link below) - However, for some reason its not showing up both back and from end of the website and its just a greyed out blank box.

  I have looked at https://coverite.com.au/about-us/ I do not see greyed out blank boxes. I see this design.  https://jmp.sh/CpqjC2qa

  Could you fix the issue already or you do you still need help?

  Thank you for your reply.
  Yes, the issues has been resolved by turning off the Performance tab on the Jetpack plugin, which was creating the issue.
