Lead notifications

I have different sites, and they all seem to share the same email lead notification config. Can it not be done to allow each site to have a different lead notification config? Right now, I have no way of knowing what site the leads are coming from.

  Hi Tony,

  You can add a hidden field to your form and give it the Label 'Website' or 'Project' and add the website or project name as the placeholder text. In the screenshot below the field Website is hidden and it has the placeholder of "Digital Services" which is the name of my project/ website. 

     

  You can see the form here https://digital-works.brizy.site/form When a user fills up the form, I get an email notification like below. From this notification, i can identify which website the lead is coming from.
