    Hi Randy,

Your domain https://salesbaboon.com/ is pointing to the website hosted with A2 Hosting and developed using Elementor. The design you have recreated in Brizy Cloud is not published on this domain.

For the subdomain pages.salesbaboon.com CNAME is missing. You must follow the procedure in this article to point the subdomain to your Brizy Cloud project. Custom sub domain (CNAME Redirect)

    Hi Randy,

    Thank you for the update.

I wanted to inform you that there might be some downtime when transferring your domain name from A2 Hosting to GoDaddy. I recommend reaching out to GoDaddy to obtain accurate information regarding the transfer process. Once you have successfully transferred the domain name and gained access to the Domain Manager, please follow the instructions provided by my colleague in the previous email to update the DNS settings.

If you encounter any issues or have any questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Randy,

    Thank you for the update.

The A Record is correct; however, you will also need to add the CNAME record as described in this support article:
    https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-

The only requirement to point your domain to Brizy Cloud is the A Records and the CNAME Records. For any additional DNS records, I recommend reaching out to your domain registrar for further assistance.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
