Home page Brizy code has disappeared leaving only default WP template version

Hi

We had a complaint from one of our customers today that our website was not working properly.

When I looked, the Brizy designed home page had reverted to using the standard WP template.

Looking at the WPADMIN for the page, there appears not to be a Brizy version at all now. 

I very urgently need to know how to revert the original without having to restore the whole site as there are studio bookings and payment records which we will lose by restore.

Please contact me urgently on this so we can provide you a login.

  Hi S R Savoor,

  On a page developed using Brizy, if you click on the button, 'Back To WordPress Editor' in the Gutenberg Editor, the page can get corrupted beyond recovery. Possibly this happened on your homepage.

  

   

  Please check if it is possible to restore the website from a backup to a staging site. Once the staging is setup, please save the homepage as a layout by clicking on "Save Layout" at the bottom right corner in the Brizy Editor.  

  

  In the live (production) server, create a new page and import the homepage design you have saved in staging. Set this page as your new homepage.
