Why is my website is so slooow....
For some reason my website takes 5-8 seconds to load. I compressed my images and as far as other tools or plugins, I have 1 Google review widget.
And I have the standard code injections like, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. When I design websites for clients their website is never this slow. Mine is the slowest of all the websites I have designed on the Brizy Cloud platform.
Just thought it was Brizy Cloud. But other sites are not this slow. See my website here: https://www.accretiondigital.com/

Hi
Your website performance looks reasonably good in GT Metrix. Please see the performance report here https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.accretiondigital.com/2QAv26zM/

Your website loaded within a second in my test. Have a look at this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/J5WugWW4
When you make an update to your website and check preview for the first time, the page loads slower. From the second time onwards, usually the page loads faster. Are you experiencing slow speed even the second and third times you check the page?

Hello KC George,
You are correct it loads slow the first time I edit it and preview it. But, does this mean it will load for every person who visits it for the first time?
I need some guidance on how to improve this since there are many website I visit for the first time and they don't load as slow as mine.
Any help is much appreciated and will teach me how to avoid this issue with other websites I create on Brizy.cloud.0 -
Hi
Every time a user accesses the website for the first time, the performance would not be poor. Let's say that 100 people visit your website in a day after you update it. The speed for the first user will be slower, while the speed for the other 99 users will be normal.
After you make an update, when you access the website for the first time, cache is generated and saved. This causes the delay. You will be the first user to encounter slow performance if you are in the habit of checking your own work after every update. After that, everyone who visits your website will experience regular speed.
