I have a active subscription and it’s not due to January but I keep getting failed transactions I’m going to need a bit of extra time to renew the subscription this year What exactly does freelancer subscription allow me to do?

  Hi Yilmaz,

  You are currently subscribed to 2 Brizy plans

  • Brizy PRO Lifetime. You can develop unlimited websites using Brizy PRO with this subscription.
  • Freelancer WP: You can develop 100 websites using Brizy PRO with this subscription.

  You do not receive further benefits from your Freelancer WP subscription because you have an unlimited number of PRO websites with your lifetime subscription, thus you do not need to renew it.

  So why was I billed for it last year if I don’t need it?

  Hi Yilmaz,

  You get billed for the plans you have subscribed to. Maybe you have purchased the Freelancer WordPress plan thinking that you needed it.

  Can u get confirmation if I click cancel subscription my lifetime plan won’t get cancelled.

  Hi Yilmaz,

  You now only have a Brizy PRO Lifetime subscription on your account because your Freelancer WP subscription was not renewed. If you would like, we can cancel the Freelancer WordPress subscription from your account. Kindly confirm.
