Lifetime Agency Account

Hi,

 

My account is a lifetime agency account and i am unable to use the drag-and-drop feature that offers a header menu to a site i am setting up, there is an indicator that i do not have a pro account. If i do not have a pro account, what is the purpose of an agency license? Can you provide me a response as to why the is.

  To help us better understand the issue, could you please provide us with some screenshots demonstrating the issue?

  Meanwhile, please try the following:

  1. Please ensure that you are using the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro—https://prnt.sc/UPciVBzv51BW
  2. If this doesn't help, you can try turning off all the other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if it fixes the issue. If it does, go back and enable the rest of the plugins gradually as you test your site until the issue comes back. This will help identify which plugin is causing the conflict.
  3. Also, try to temporarily switch to another theme and see if this helps.
  4. If you happen to have any embedded custom code in your pages, please try to temporarily remove them and see if that helps.
