Unable to Load "Edit with Brizy" Function
Dear Brizy Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you today as I have encountered a critical issue with the "Edit with Brizy" function in your plugin, which is currently impeding my ability to work on my website.
When I attempt to use the "Edit with Brizy" function, it simply continues loading indefinitely and fails to display anything, leaving me unable to make necessary edits to my website. The loading icon appears but it does not progress to the editing interface.
I have attempted a variety of troubleshooting methods in an effort to resolve the issue, including uninstalling and reinstalling both the Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins, as well as clearing my site's cache, but to no avail.
It's important to note that the content appears fine when previewed, which suggests that the problem lies in the editing function rather than with the content itself.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me through any further steps to troubleshoot this issue or if you could provide a solution. This issue is significantly affecting my ability to manage and update my website.
Looking forward to your swift response.

Hi Jorge,
My apologies for the delayed response.
If you are using Safari, please try using another browser.
Otherwise, if you have enabled Jetpack, GoDaddy CDN or similar plugins, please try to temporarily disable it and see if it resolves the issue.
If disabling the above fixed the issue, please try the following:- If your website is hosted with GoDaddy, disabling the GoDaddy CDN option in your GoDaddy hosting account resolves this issue. https://in.godaddy.com/help/enable-or-disable-my-cdn-40921
- If you are using Jetpack, in your WordPress Dashboard under Jetpack - Dashboard under the heading 'Performance and Growth' if you disable the 'Image Accelerator' option, the issue can be resolved. https://jmp.sh/SU32wfE9
- If you have installed Jetpack Boost, in your WordPress Dashboard under Jetpack - Boost - if you disable the 'Image CDN' option, this issue can be resolved. https://jmp.sh/FUSoE1ZP
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
