Brizy Cloud: Images not loading on several projects
-
Hi Julio,
Can you please mention the Workspace name, Project Name and Preview URL of the above two projects? We will take a look. If you are publishing with a 3rd Party hosting provider, please mention it also.

Hello again George,
I tried a few different tests with not success.
First, I changed all .png files to .jpeg. No difference on that.
Then I changed my free Vercel account to a Pro one. Transferred my website. Made a tiny change to update the entire project. Published, and still same image loading problems. Then I went back to my personal Vercel account, and reseted all the publishing process of the website, starting a fresh new deployment. No success either.
I just found out that some images that used to load normally before are not working anymore.
IMPORTANT: something I can recall now and may help to to find the solution. A couple of days ago I started receiving an error message in red in the top of Brizy Cloud backend page. Something like “cannot upload this file” or similar. I had to close the entire project, change from Arc Browser to Safari on my Mac, and then redo the processo to get to upload the images. As far as I remember, it was only after these problems that the images not loading in different projects started.
As soon as possible, please let me know what should I do.
Thank you,
Júlio Garcia

Hi Júlio,
I looked at two of your Brizy Cloud projects. Images look fine in the Brizy Editor and in preview. Please have a look at this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/Zsq9ipne Am I missing something? How do I see the problem you are facing?
The Vercel URL https://content-omega.vercel.app/ returns a 404 error. https://absoluta-marlos.vercel.app/ has a few missing images. We will need access to your GitHub and Vercel accounts to help you with the publishing issues with Vercel.
In your GitHub repository, under Settings - Collaborators, you can add a new collaborator. https://jmp.sh/4CPdDzj6 If you have a Pro version of Vercel, you can add a Team Member under Settings - Teams - Add New. Please have a look at https://vercel.com/docs/teams-and-accounts. Our email address: communitysupport@brizy.io

Hi Julio,
Thanks for your invitation to your GitHub and Vercel accounts. We uncovered the source of the image problem with Vercel deployments. Three of the missing images had diacritical markings in their file names.
- Sessão-Promo-Video-Brasil-Médicos2.jpg
- Sessão-Promo-Video-Brasil-Empreendedor.jpg
- Sessão-Promo-Video-Brasil5.jpg
Images containing diacritic signs (and spaces) in their names do not publish well with 3rd Party Free hosting providers. The solution is to rename the original images without diacritic marks (or spaces) and re-upload it to your Brizy Cloud project.
Please visit https://absoluta-marlos.vercel.app/. After I reuploaded the first image, it displays well in Vercel preview.
