Please add this code to the Brizy Embed element. You can see my test page here. https://brizytest.online/embed-2/

    <script src="//embed.bannerboo.com/b9e74fed21299?ver=1686299211&amp;responsive=1" async=""></script>

    Hi

When I visit the URL https://brizytest.online/embed-2/ I see this.

Can you please share the URL of the Brizy Cloud page where you have added the Embed code?

Hi,  thanks for the fast response.
I tried your site again in Chrome in incognito mode. There I also see the banner. And also my test site in Brizy Cloud works, https://passionfruit16503481.brizy.site/
Maybe there is a conflict with Browser extensions? I disabled the ads blocker, but no change. Any ideas?

Another question: I can download the banner as a mp4 file. Then upload the mp4 into Video Element in Brizy Cloud. The player settings changed to autoplay and the loop start-end points. But is there a way to change the player dimensions to fit the banner size, and response?

    Hi

Converting the banner to a video and displaying it with the Brizy Video element may not be a good idea. Here is the reason.

Only a few fixed aspect ratios are available with the Brizy Video element. Your banner has a 2.7:1 aspect ratio. The closest aspect ratio available in the Video element is 21:9 (equivalent to 2.33:1). Because these aspect ratios do not quite match, displaying the banner with the Video element will result in parts of the banner getting cut off.
