Domain not connecting

    Hi Philip,

    I do not see any DNS records associated with your domain. All records look blank.

    Please go to https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php?query=%C3%A1urea.online&rtype=ALL&dns=google  and click on the button 'Lookup DNS'. You will see that your domain has no DNS records associated with it.

    If you have added A Record and the CNAME record to your domain, please check with GoDaddy why those records do not take effect.

    You can see from here also that the A Record and the CNAME records have not taken effect.

    Hello George,

    I just got off the phone with Godaddy, they said that it has something to do with the SSL security issue.

    They had to use this to be able to pull up the site - ASCII: xn--urea-4na.online because the character above the a in (áurea.online) can you help me resolve this issue please.

    Hi Philip,

    Brizy Cloud does not support diacritic marks in the URL. Let us try this experiment. Please add the CNAME blueberry13744070.brizy.site also to the domain xn--urea-4na.online. Then we will check if the domain áurea.online will point to this sub domain.

    I tried, but I was getting no where, so I decided to have my client choose a different domain to avoid anymore delays. Thank you for taking your time to help me.
