Hi Itzco,
Thank you for your patience.
Please try uploading your images again and see if the issue continues.
I am looking forward to your response.

Ability to upload image to page broke with the 2.4.19 update which included the image resize fix.
Needed to revert back to 2.4.18 to get this to work again.

Hi Cynthia,
You are right; the most recent Brizy versions have incompatibility with Jetpack and GoDaddy CDN. You can resolve this issue by making certain selections within these systems.
- If your website is hosted with GoDaddy, disabling the GoDaddy CDN option in your GoDaddy hosting account resolves this issue. https://in.godaddy.com/help/enable-or-disable-my-cdn-40921
- If you are using Jetpack, in your WordPress Dashboard under Jetpack - Dashboard under the heading 'Performance and Growth' if you disable the 'Image Accelerator' option, the issue can be resolved. https://jmp.sh/SU32wfE9
- If you have installed Jetpack Boost, in your WordPress Dashboard under Jetpack - Boost - if you disable the 'Image CDN' option, this issue can be resolved. https://jmp.sh/FUSoE1ZP

Hi Itzco,
We would like to take a look at your project. Can you please specify the Workspace Name, Project Name and the Preview URL of the project where you are facing this issue? If this issue is on a specific page, please mention the page name also.

Hi Itzco,
I could not reproduce the image upload issue you are facing. I just uploaded a few random images to the page https://www.thepulse.com.mx/servicios Please have a look.
Can you try signing in to your Brizy Cloud Dashboard from an alternate browser, from a private (incognito) window of your regular browser and also from another computer and check if you face the image upload problem?

You're right, it was the browser I guess, I'm so sorry.
Thank you all.
