Transfer License to New Account

Hello!

 

Can you please help me transfer my license to a new Brizy account? What do I need to do to get that accomplished

  Hi Bryant

  Please tell us more about your request. Currently your Brizy Pro license is associated with the email fulfil......@aletheia.......com. Which other account do you want it transferred to?

  We are trying to transfer to our client. Do I need to set them up with an account first before transferring?

  Hi Bryant,

  We regret that Brizy Pro subscription accounts cannot be transferred to another user. We do not allow that.

  I can't transfer just the license to them, either?

  Hi Bryant,

  Yes; you can add your Brizy Pro license to your client website. Most Brizy customers use Pro licenses on their client websites.

  The license is already on the client's website. I need to transfer the Brizy Pro license to a new Brizy account.

  Do you mean that you have installed a Brizy Pro license on a client website and you want to transfer it to another client website?

  No. We have our Brizy Pro license installed on a client's website. We want the client to take ownership of the license and subscription with their own Brizy Pro account that has our transferred license on it as the owner.

  Hi Bryant,

  If the purpose is to transfer the ownership of the Brizy Pro license to your client, the client can buy a Brizy Pro subscription from Brizy.io and then he can delete the license you have added and add a license from his account.

  Our client has decided to get their own license. How can we request a refund for $49 Brizy Pro license?

  Hi Bryant,

  We cancelled your Brizy Pro subscription and have reimbursed your payment to your payment method. Within 7-10 working days, the amount should get credited to your account.
