Problems with SSL cert, etc.
Hey, nice Brizy team,
somehow I got used to a steep learning curve and even made 2 websites with Cloud. But this annoying problem with SSL repeats regularly. Do you think it is ok? Your service is not reliable and stable. And even my lifetime license soon would stop to be a reason to use u. You are nice, the idea is nice, but once a month one of my two simple websites is unreachable, and I do not see any reasonable explanation for it except bugs in your system.

Today it was www.tatiana.today , in November it was www.peva.band
Every month I have to delete and publish again one of my websites - that's how I was instructed to do by your nice support. But nobody told me I have to do it regularly.

Both websites' SSL certificates appear working well. Do you still have problems on your end? If so, kindly provide us with a screenshot.
You don't have to continue publishing a website every month. SSL certificates are automatically renewed. Very rarely, we might have to manually renew the SSL certificate.

Dear George, thanks for your reply. Of course, now it works because I have "unpublished" and published again, as I was instructed to do in case of SSL cert problems. But the problem occurs regularly and repeats almost every month.

You had the prior SSL issue nine months ago, if you're referring to this correspondence with us at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/1372859933745. The domain names in your previous correspondence were different.
SSL certificates are automatically generated when you add a new custom domain, provided the A Record and the CNAME records are entered correctly. SSL certificate must be manually generated if you had to change domain records. When a custom domain is properly configured, the SSL is automatically renewed every ninety-day period; you don't need to remove and re-add the custom domain.
Please get back to us when SSL fails again. We will investigate this issue in your Dashboard.

Thanks your last. Could you kindy inform me of what is going on right now on www.tatiana.today domain which was functioning yesterday? (screenshot attached).
I became tired from these adventures, that`s why I finally opened the ticket again. Usually, I just fix it by reconnecting the domain. Now my tolerance faces its limits.

We noticed that your domain name has several A DNS records, as demonstrated in the attached screenshot.

This could potentially lead to inconsistent user experiences. To prevent this from happening, we recommend removing the unnecessary A DNS records and only retaining 34.237.47.210.
