Brizy Problem WP
Dear Brizy Team,
Recently, I've encountered persistent issues with the builder. Blocks aren't loading, and I'm unable to add saved templates or blocks to the page. Attempts often result in prompts to refresh the page, followed by the same page with the wp page without any job from the builder like Brizy doesn't exist, and finally after a minute lets me work again. This recurring problem has significantly hindered my progress. I've tried deactivating all plugins except for Brizy and even reinstalled both Brizy and Brizy Pro. I cleared the cache and cookies. I urgently need your assistance to resolve these issues.
Best regards,
George

Meanwhile, this could be due to an incompatibility between Brizy and a plugin or your theme.
You can identify the conflict by:
1. Deactivating one plugin at a time and checking if the problem resolves.
2. Temporarily switch to another theme and check if the issue goes away.In addition, please ensure that you are already using the most recent versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.

Hi George,
Thank you for your cooperation.
I attempted to access your website, but I encountered an error after inputting my login information. This might be a result of your firewall configurations.

If possible, could you either temporarily turn off your firewall or grant temporary access to these countries: Philippines, India, and Moldova?
I am looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

I searched to my cpanel and I am not really sure what can I do. I am not really familiar what to do. Can you guide me?

Hi George,
Thank you for keeping in touch.
Would it be possible for you to provide us with temporary access to cPanel instead? This would make it easier for us to escalate the issue to the next level of support if we're unable to fix it ourselves. Once we've taken a look at your site, you can always change or update your cPanel credentials. If this is possible, please send the credentials to communitysupport@brizy.io.
Best regards,
