Hi Tomasz,
This normally happens when a software in your WordPress environment interferes with the image upload functionality of Brizy. To identify the interfering piece of software, please try these
- If you are using a GDPR compliance plugin like Iubenda, please deactivate it and check if you are able to upload images.
- If you have embedded an external code using the Brizy Embed element to a page or in HTML header/footer of your website, please remove the embed code temporarily, save your work and refresh the page in the Brizy editor and check if you are able to upload images.
If both of these do not help, please give us access to your WordPress Dashboard. We will investigate the issue for you. Please add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Hi Tomasz,
There are several 'Mixed Content' errors on your website. https://jmp.sh/t041F405 This occurs when initial content is loaded over a secure HTTPS connection, but other resources (such as images, videos, stylesheets, scripts) are loaded over an insecure HTTP connection. Browsers are increasingly blocking mixed content. This could be the reason why you are unable to upload images.
Here are some suggestions on fixing this error. How to Quickly Fix Mixed Content Warnings You can also take the help of your hosting company to resolve this issue.
After fixing the mixed content errors if you are still unable to upload images, please get back to us. We will take another look at your project.

Hi Andrew,
Most recent Brizy versions have an incompatibility with Jetpack Image optimizations and GoDaddy CDN. If you have enabled any of the following options, please disable it to upload images using Brizy.
- In your WordPress Dashboard under Jetpack - Dashboard scroll down to the heading "Performance and Growth" and disable the option 'Image Accelerator' https://jmp.sh/SU32wfE9
- Under Jetpack - Settings, under the Performance tab, disable the option 'Speed up image load times' https://jmp.sh/neap53iR
- If you have installed Jetpack Boost, under Jetpack - Boost disable the option 'Image CDN' https://jmp.sh/FUSoE1ZP
- If you are hosting with GoDaddy and using their CDN, please disable the CDN option from your GoDaddy account. You can follow instructions in this article. Enable or disable my CDN
If none of the above helps, please get back to us with your website URL. We will take a look.
