Unable to export - waited 7 hrs but failed
Hi Brizy Team,
I am well aware of the current issues team has worked on.
I am trying to export my website - admanagency.com in html & publish it. But after several tries, I am unable to do so.
When I click on export to html, the wheel just keeps running.
Multiple attempts are made - 10 - 12 over a period of 7 days.
7 hrs is the maximum time I have waited.
Pl help me as my site is currently unpublished.

Hi Rajesh,
Unfortunately the HTML Export feature does not work for Brizy Cloud projects which were created before Feb 2021 using the older project format. Your project AdmanAgency.com uses the older project format and hence HTML Export does not work for this project.
HTML Export will function, though, if you rebuild the project in the current Brizy Cloud project format. A couple of the pages from your project have been reproduced in a new project called "AdmanAgency.com Copy." The preview is available at https://blueberry19671635.brizy.site. Kindly try creating the project's HTML Export file from this project.
You will need to recreate the remaining pages in the new project in order to export the project into HTML. This is how a page can be recreated.
- Open the old and new projects in two different tabs of a browser
- Save the page in the old project as a layout
- Add the page in the new project with the same Title and Slug
- Import the layout saved in step 2
- Delete the duplicate header and footer in the imported page and save the work
This process must be repeated for all pages.. We are sorry if this adds to your already heavy workload.
