Site Name Not Loading

I'm currently working on this site adnd in every tab in thje SEO menu they have their name correctly but when launcing the website all of the tabs just say "BLOG" is this some kind of glitch? or Bug?    Our medical partner is pretty angry about this situation, could you guys help us resolve this issue?
