Missing sections in mobile version

Sometimes, parts (sections) are missing on the mobile versions of a page.  For example, in my footer of the desktop version, I have 3 columns with data.  On the Tablet version, I got also 3 columns, but on the smartversion it has lost one.  I tried with moving the remaining 2 columns to the left or right, tried with the eye-ball switching on and off, but the column is still not showing up.  If it's no bug, it's unclear.

  It looks like you might have made the third column to get hidden on mobile due to which it is not displayed on mobile version of your site.
