Critical problem on my Studio Plan

Hey, my studio plan has gone crazy

all sites are marked as free, even the ones having custom domains

 

 

problem 1 - I can't add a custom domain to the sites still under brizy.site domain

, it's asking me to upgrade when studio is supposed to be unlimited

 

problem 2 - most important because I have updates to pictures gallery to work on : I can't access pro elements on my sites with custom domains, that's very annoying and needs urgent attention 

 

 

I noticed a new thing in my dashboard, cloud trial, which I g-havent's activated, I didn't even know it existed

 

I think that somehow this trial thing has taken over my studio plan

 

Please help me on that, I really have important updates to make on some websites

 

PS : all sites are marked free as I told you, but on "older" projects (not CSM) I can access pro elements, but not on "CMS" websites

  Hello,

  Thanks for reaching out to us.

  By default, from now, all the projects will be free projects, and you will not have access to PRO features. In order to use the PRO features in a project, you will have to upgrade it to PRO.

  thanks for your answer, but there is a BIG problem, I am told I have 11 licences left, my studio plan is supposed to be unlimited

  The studio plan is supposed to be pro with unlimited domains. Did you change something?

  come on, this is ridiculous, I upgraded maquette62.fr (which by the way was already having a custom domain), there goes one licence, and the site remains marked as FREE

  forget about the first part of last message please, maquette62.fr is now marked as pro, but please re-enable my unlimited licences

  The issue with the Studio plan has been fixed. Now, you can use unlimited licenses.

  There is only once change, when a new project is created, it will be free, and you will have to upgrade it to PRO in order to use PRO features.

  not a big deal, I guess the licence problem was coming from this Cloud Trial mention, just under ma studio plan in my active subscriptions, it has disappeared now, thanks to the team

  Thanks for your reply.

  Just to make it clear, in order to upgrade a project to PRO, you need to have an active cloud subscription. If you don't have an active one, then you will need to purchase a cloud plan in order to upgrade your project.

  Yes I know that, it should be all good since I have studio, si unlimited pro projects

  The update you are talking about doesn’t seem to affect my account yet, I can still create project with no free mention, and pro features work

  In fact the account works now exactly as it did before I contacted you (without free or pro badges) I guess it’s because this cloud trial subscription has been removed from my account
