Contact Form

Hi, i have added a contact block on my brizy template and set up the email on the submit button.  It works fine on desktop mode, but when I switch to tablet responsive or mobile responsive the button stops working and you can't submit the contact form.

Any ideas please - it is really important as it is for PPC landing page call to action.

  Thank you for the update.

  This could be related to optimizations made on your website.  If you are using any optimization plugins, please try to temporarily disable them and see if this makes any difference.

  Otherwise, please provide us with the URL, so we can inspect your site. We won't show it on this support thread if you prefer to keep it private.
