Image file bigger, than the uploaded image

Hi

There is a problem with my website https://ehpconsultinggroup.com/ where some of the image is bigger than the uploaded image. Also, when updating, it takes longer to reload and still shows "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser".( See attached image)
