Brizy Cloud - Account Owner e-mail to be changed

I’m trying to change the account owner email and password in “profile” options but, even if i can fill a new e-mail and password in the “edit profile” form, when i save it …. the previous mail still appear and the new one doesn’t run.

Please could you help me?
