Hi Amata,
The above WordPress notification confirms that Brizy Pro plugin could not be updated from version 2.4.17 to 2.4.19. To solve this problem, please follow these three steps.
- In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins, please deactivate and delete the Brizy Pro plugin
- Sign into your https://www.brizy.io/ dashboard and click on the button 'Download Brizy Pro 2.4.19' to download the latest Brizy Pro. (You could also download it from here https://jmp.sh/f9gihHbS)
- In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New click on 'Upload Plugin' and upload the ZIP file you have downloaded in step 2 and click on 'Install Now'
Now you should have Brizy 2.4.20 and Brizy Pro 2.4.19. Please check again if the image enlargement issue is resolved.

Hi Amata,
Brizy 2.4.20 and Brizy Pro 2.4.19 has a fix for the image resizing issue. Upgrading to these versions helped fix the logo resizing issue.
As I understand, the unresolved issue is with button background color. In the Brizy Editor you have set the button background as white and in preview you see black background.
I would like to check your website frontend. I see this message when trying to access your URL https://aa4.staging.xeoncluster.cloud/ from India. Can you please open up access to this page from India?

I have unblocked the site. Please try again; thanks.

Hi Amata,
I have fixed the issue with the buttons by enabling the button fill option. Please check if everything looks fine.

Thank you.
Does this mean the buttons will not be the same and must be fixed when updating the plugin?

Hi Amata,
This problem was caused by a bug in the most recent Brizy versions. We are currently working on a quick fix for this. When we roll out the fix, this issue will be automatically fixed on your website when you update to the newest Brizy versions (and no manual fix will be necessary).
