Hi, I just did this some 3 months after the original post. Are these roll back recommendations still relevant?
The site in question now works.
I'm concerned about updating the plugins in the future. What should be the protocol for that?

Hi Rob,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To ensure the smooth functioning of your website, we recommend creating a staging version where you can safely update all your plugins and test for any potential issues. This allows you to make sure that your live site remains unaffected during the update process.
