Brizy Update 2.4.19 has ruined my website

Hello Brizy,

We did an update to both Brizy 2.4.19 and Brizy Pro 2.4.18 and it has ruined our website.

We have gone back to Brizy 2.4.17, but now Brizy Pro wont run because it needs 2.4.18.

When we do the update to Brizy 2.4.18, it kills our website again and Brizy Pro is not running.

We need to download Brizy Free 2.4.18 - where can we get this from please!!!

  • Brizy 2.4.18: https://jmp.sh/7jb1iP24
  • Brizy Pro 2.4.17: https://jmp.sh/xzdANfh4

  Please follow this procedure to roll back.

  1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
  2. Deactivate and delete Brizy
  3. Download Brizy 2.4.18 and in your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy
  4. Download Brizy Pro 2.4.17 and under Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin, upload Brizy Pro

  Hi, the downloads doesn't work. When i reinstalled exactly the one that was given above, it still gives me the latest version.

  When you say download did not work, what exactly did not work? Can you elaborate?

  Hi KC, first and foremost, when I download the files, it turn up like the below in my downloads folder. It doesn't show the 2-4-18 etc like yours did in the video. I followed exactly deactivated and deleted. I then compress the file to a zip and uploaded brizy first. after the upload, i refreshed plugin page just to check, and saw that Brizy has been uploaded, but version is right away 2-4-19.

  That is the issue.

  Yea, the new version has Brizy has messed up all my images up.  They are all at 100% nothing I do helps.
